The 2009 Mythology competition was organized once again by Pam Macklin and sponsored by the Jowett Trustees. Diana and Brian Sparkes, having retired from the Management Committee, were delighted to maintain their links to the project by judging this year’s entries. They felt that the prize-winners showed talent and application with inventive approaches to the stories, whether in their poems and plays, or in the imaginative ways in which they interpreted the stories visually.
